RUN AWAY!!!!!!!! The owner got my measurements last year during prom season and I was told she was working on my dress for certain. Lies. I ended up pausing everything in the works and picked up things the next year. Full communication on my part. I had family come 3 hrs away to my dress fitting that the owner scheduled and had plenty of time to reschedule. She left me a voicemail mail to reschedule the afternoon before my appointment. I didnt see it, she abandoned me and my family. Strike one! My family was pissed. We rescheduled, and the day of my appointment she tried again to reschedule. Strike two!!!!!!! When i did come in, the dress was altered completely different from what was agreed on. And it had a brand new stain!!!! I had a gut feeling to go get my dress, I was in so much shock. I called the next day to let them know i want my dress back. The owner laughed at me, and put my dress in a garbage bag.
