If I could do a negative star I would for this place. My step daughter just arrived and wanted to see some local shops. I myself had always wanted to check this place out. So we stop and go inside. There is alot of neat stuff. But digging into the prices they are WAY overpriced. The one thing that made my decision to NEVER give this company a dollar was the sales lady. Not sure who she was in ranking. She never once welcomed us. She walked right passed me and even stood next to me at another rack to grab something for a customer in the fitting room. Not once did she even say hello. Or I'll be right with you. Or I'll be over here if you have any questions! There were multiple items I had my eye on even with the outrageous prices. Had she just acknowledged us in the store would have made me a customer. There are real THRIFT stores around with a great non profit cause I will stick to. This was not a pleasant stroll...

Ran by absolutely the most horrendous women I have ever encountered. The building entrance opens up directly to a road and my girlfriend went to go grab her kid who went out the door and the women there verbally attacked us that we’re stealing and refused to acknowledge us as actual humans beings. Instead of approaching her and asking her to perhaps leave the merchandise on the counter or at least come off with a normal level tone instead of straight up and outright aggressively accusing her of stealing would have been nice. I have worked in corporate management the last 6 years and I have never approached a customer this way in my entire career. This store is more than a costume shop or a thrift store! It features great pieces for daily outfits, most of what you’ll need for any dress up occasion, vintage treasures, and gems you won’t find elsewhere. The hardest part is finding something you love that isn’t in your size! It is a great place to take gently used, vintage or new items to earn store credit or trade them for cash.
