Kersey Valley Laser Tag — Local services in Archdale

This place is wonderful. Easily the best laser tag place I’ve ever been to. Laser tag doesn’t quite sum up the experience. It’s more like combat simulation, but with toy guns. Very family friendly, excellent staff, and good facilities. I recommend getting the CallSign App prior to arriving. They use the app for their games. You can also get discounts with the app!

A few things to consider: The battle ground is in a cleared area of the woods, so ants and ticks may be around. I have not been bitten by any ticks in the times I’ve been there, but I have been bitten by ants the one time I forgot to bring bug spray. That said, BRING BUG SPRAY.

Expect a good work out. Bring water or other hydrating drinks. They do sell water and Gatorade at the front desk for $2 a bottle, but not at the battle ground, so I recommend you bring a large reusable water bottle of your own or a small cooler with drinks. They have shelves on the battleground to store bags, coolers, bottles, etc., and at least one staff member is always on the battle ground...

We were hoping to have a good time last night, but what we received instead was more than we could have ever hoped for. From the time that we arrived until the end, it was full throttle fun and excitement. We were scared on the way there that 2 hours was too much time but we could have kept going and it would have only got better. The staff there was top notch and were really engaged with everyone from the first minute till the end. I also want to thank the fellow customers who really reached out to my son and made him feel needed and important. I wish I knew all of them, but callsign Alpha01 really stood out and was giving him encouragement the entire time. My son said that this was one of the best days he has had in a while and I just want to thank all of you, employees and customers alike. On top of all of this, after our time was up, the staff let us all try out their new guns and equipment and I cannot wait to get back. Our group of 12 teenagers (plus an unrelated family of three) had an absolute blast. The course was wonderfully set up in a lightly wooded area instead of a flat open field, which made maneuvering and finding cover much more interesting; the terrain really lent itself to making the rounds more enjoyable. As noted in an earlier review, our Commander actually let them have a last round that extended a bit past the end of the two hour block instead of cutting them off by the clock. We also learned they're in the process of upgrading the equipment; the kids were impressed by the upcoming "guns" and even more excited than they already had been about returning.
