My experience here today has left me heartbroken. I was so excited for my appointment only to be treated with unprofessionalism. Yes, they are kind people but they don't do anything for you.
When I called to make the appointment, they told me I would have to be there by 2:30 pm but they never told me that it would be a 30 minute wait and that my actual appointment was at 3 pm. Not only that but they went pass the appointment. They had forgotten about me, and I had to go up to the front desk to ask about it. A worker then went back to check what the hold up was.
When they did pull me back, they didn't do anything but take my blood pressure and weight. The form I filled out at the beginning of the appointment wasn't even looked at. I had to tell the nurse to put some things on the chart because she wasn't even asking me. The worst part is when I was told that I shouldn't worry about doing fertility hormones checks because I'm young and I just need to calm down about trying to get pregnant.
When the NP came to see me, she also didn't do anything helpful. She heard why I was there and then told me that all they do is refer individuals because they don't do hormone testing (even though I made the appointment for exactly that, and they knew ahead of time). She then said that she would check to see what tests they could do for me but that their lab was already closed (at 2:30)...even though that's what I told them I was there for.
The appointment ended there, and I was told by front desk to pay my copay amount for a service that didn't even happen. It was rushed and nothing but my height and blood pressure were taken.

Read moreI’ve had good experiences with the medical staff here — they are caring, professional, and I appreciate the providers. However, the office staff has been extremely difficult to deal with. Since Anna started working at the front desk, I’ve been treated with rudeness and condescension. Shana went as far as to accuse me of being prejudiced without even trying to understand me or my MyChart message. When I reached out to my doctor directly for clarification (instead of going through Anna, because I no longer felt I could), Shana misunderstood my note and became argumentative on the phone. When I was transferred to the office manager, Leann, instead of helping resolve the issue, she defended her staff and argued with me further. What could have been handled with simple professionalism turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience. It’s unfortunate, because the medical staff here is excellent. But the front office staff — Anna, Shana, and their manager Leann — are consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. If you can overlook poor customer service, the providers themselves...

I came in with flu like systems, cough, weakness, unable to breath. I called them and Shana didnt make an apt, just told me to head that way. And Ashley seen me and Chikako gave me a nebulizer breathing treatment and she is always concerned very focused on providing the best care, Ashley came back in and she Is so knowledgeable and knows me, you can tell when she comes in she has read previous notes about me and she is so very nice and just like family! Listen people, I work in healthcare and places like this dont exist and excellent care just doesn’t happen. They are the best!!! I will never stop going there, been seeing them since early 2000’s I love them!! They gave me a breathing treatment and Z-Pack.
