Tread's Tire — Local services in Archie

For a small town company I'm appalled that they do not take at least some responsibility for mistakes, I had spoken to four other tire companies that said that yes if the lug nuts were loose that there was 100% possibility that the lugnuts could fall off but if the lugnuts had been put on to tight then it's a possibility that this could cause the studs to break off it could take days weeks or even months. So as far as I'm concerned when I went to calmly talk to the owner who did infact put my tire on that his wife or whoever she was should have butted out and allowed me to talk to the one who did the work instead of belittling me and not allowing me to discuss this with the owner. I feel that treads tire should help with the costs of the tow or at very least help with costs of repairing the tire.. Honestly if I hadn't had the good sense to pull over I myself could have been injured or someone else and God Forbid, the next person this happens too, maybe only then will this company accept responsibility for...

The owner of this shop will not stand behind his work or his word. If you have to use his service use exstream caution. I bought new tires from him one time and through his incompetence He changed my good valve stems out with valve stems that weren't right for my application. The valve stems failed and he would not stand behind his mistake. He also did his best to make me look like an idiot saying the I didn't know what I was talking about. What he didn't know was that I worked in a tire shop for 5 years , and I did know what I was talking about. I ended up having to buy 4 new tires for my 1 ton dually out of my pocket. Tread's Tire Service may be small but they are big on service!!!. Had a leak in my tire and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. Yes, small town service does still exist!!! Not only did he fix my tire for just 20 bucks, he also reset my tire locations so the car would register them correctly. Then he made sure all my tires were at the correct pressure without my asking. I live right better in Archie, but driving here from just about anywhere would be worth your while ...
