I remember a time when former baseball star, Pete Incaviglia, had a really good burger joint in the location that the Snooty Pig now occupies.

I've never had a bad meal here, and while I haven't yet visited all the local Snooty Pig locations, this is my favorite of the bunch, and certainly the most consistent. I'm not sure that I've ever had anything besides breakfast -- served all day -- and they've got a great breakfast menu, with mostly burgers and sandwiches for lunch, and there are some "healthy choice" items as well. Be sure to check your table for daily specials, which generally include some good down home cookin'. They've also got a small "Snooty Piglets" menu for the kids with both breakfast and lunch items. Service is usually friendly, although once in awhile, you'll have a server who won't say much. They'll always make certain your drink is topped...

Great Texan homestyle food! I thoroughly enjoyed today's breakfast special, the chili omelette. The omelette was fluffy and moist, but not watery like other places. Chili was Texas style with the right amount of punch for my taste. Hash browns were golden brown, not too floppy or too crunchy. Biscuit was par for the course with excellent sausage gravy.

Wait staff was professional with a southern charm, overall a great experience.

One thing I noted was that the food cooled rather quickly, and it is probably due to the building and the rather inclement weather of today ( temps in the mid 20s outside when we got here) to improve on this in this climate would most likely not be cost effective considering this is probably only an issue a handful of...

On my third visit to this little brunch spot at 1100 on a Tuesday we had to wait to be seated; however, it was empty and the staff totally ignored us. A male server curtly said "skoos me" while he helped himself to a muffin behind the counter that we patiently stood in front of. Two other servers were chatting away with their backs to the entrance. Finally one of them noticed us standing there and seated us. We ordered the combo French toast breakfast and eggs Benedict. It was delicious! It's consistently delicious and that's why we waited. I recommend this well established restaurant that is managed by the same couple that runs the Alliance location. Maybe they will put a bell...

First time for my wife and I at the Snooty Pig. I ordered the Southern Eggs Benedict which consisted of a biscuit covered in cream gravy topped with pieces of sausage, scrambled eggs and cheese. It came with a side of hash browns. My wife ordered scrambled eggs, hash browns and a biscuit and a side of cream gravy. The food was cooked exactly as ordered, but was very lightly seasoned. I am used to sausage gravy with a lot of black pepper. This was a very lightly seasoned cream gravy with the sausage added in later. This Location of the Snooty Pig is located near a retirement community, so they are probably catering to that clientele. Overall, a good experience and I will come back.

They had a great energy for Fathers Day this year. They even had a Fathers Day menu, which I will post on here. The food was okay. It honestly could have been more hot and maybe have a larger menu. They do not have any coffee selections, just drip coffee, which was not too bad.I think if you have cafe in your name then you should at least have a small selective menu . It wouldn't be too hard to buy an espresso machine and start offering lattes with a selection of syrup flavors. The staff was amazing and I really liked their energy.
