CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!! So I waited there for 2 minutes before being asked what I wanted while Maribel was counting money. I told her what I wanted 3 times and I had to repeat myself because she was still counting the money. After I had to repeat myself (Maribel with a very rude and loud tone said that the number 28 comes with hash browns, after I got done repeating myself several times. I have been eating at this location for some time and I have not dealt with anybody as bad as Maribel attitude and customer service was. On top of all this I let her know that I was military and she demanded to see my ID with an attitude which I showed her without hesitation. I watched her put in the discount then purposely remove it 10 seconds later after she already charged me. She said she did not do it on purpose but I saw Maribel do it. After all this I asked for the Manager which was Norma at the time of the horrible customer service issue with Norma's family member Maribel. I wish Corporate Jack in the Box would look into this because that particular location has been having a problems with customers for some time. One of the reasons that I believe is the problem is that Norma the manager is hiring family members and letting them get away with things you would not normally let non family members get away with, which is not cool. For me to even post this you know someone messed up. If anybody reads this I would advise using a different Jack in the Box because Norma and her family members do not care about customer service whatsoever. After leaving the Park Row establishment, I drove to this one on Pioneer Pkwy. And rather than get, possibly, the same explanation about 'why' they can't or won't put the picante inside the burrito then once rolled up, grill the outside, I opted for the, what seems like, ready-made, heated up tacos with added lettuce and cheese, for breakfast. At least I'd have SOMETHING in my stomach so I could work without my stomach growling until I got off. The only complaint I have with the tacos is that the edges were mostly hard and inedible rather than crispy. I person on the window was friendly, but the service was quite slow. The person taking orders was obviously trying to muddle through the English language. Thick accent and difficulty understanding...

They were not busy at all there was one car in front of me had to wait just 10 of those minutes was just order my food the other fifteen was sitting there waiting to get my food. They were rude they kept telling you hold on whenever you'd be like okay I'm ready to order okay you know I have stuff to do I can't sit here and wait all day there was one car in front of me in the Drive-Thru whenever I got there and it ended up being backed up behind me six cars and the 25 minute.
