This clothing store, which is meant to help you find outfits for special events, left much to be desired in terms of customer service. Sadaf, the salesperson assisting us, lacked the patience to let us try on multiple items and became increasingly rude as the visit progressed. There was also someone monitoring the showroom through a camera and texting Sadaf while we were there, which felt invasive. The selection was quite limited, and after trying on just three items, we were told we couldn’t try anything else unless we purchased it first. When we expressed concerns about overspending, Sadaf insulted us in another language calling us “Kanjoos” which means stingy and cheap. Additionally, they couldn’t provide us with a receipt of purchase upon request.
To make matters worse, Sadaf spoke negatively about previous customers, criticizing them for trying on “too many” clothes. This is unacceptable for a store selling dresses that cost hundreds of dollars—how can anyone be expected to make such a significant purchase without trying the items on? Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I would recommend considering other options in the DFW area before making this store...

I was so stressed I couldn't find a dress for my engagement which was in 2 days, but once I came here, they eased all my stress and had exactly what I was looking for! The dress had to be tailored, but thankfully they could tailor it there and I didn't have to find someone else. It was done within 1-2 days, right before my event and it was so effortlessly tailored! Shaheda and all the staff were so helpful throughout the entire time! They made me feel beautiful on my special day and I couldn't be more grateful! I purchased an Indian dress from your store on Sunday, April 13, 2025 for $80. Upon inspection at home, I noticed that the stitching on the dress is coming apart very easily, indicating poor quality. I came back to the store to return it, but your sales associate refused, citing store policy.
