I called Joe on a whim when googling local glass companies after I broke a window in a house I was selling the day I was set to hand off the keys to the new owner. In a mad panic, I called about every company I could find online clear down to Tacoma and everyone was booked out 6 weeks or more. Joe answered and just happened to be nearby and showed up to give me a quote after I told him what a monumental mistake I had just made. He had me measured and gave me a bid in 5 minutes, told me he felt bad for my situation, and assured me he'd be back the next day with the glass in hand in get it installed. I paid up front, and he was a man of his word, had the glass installed and re-glazed in the 120 year old window no problem.
