My husband and I decided to redo our front living room and had a very long wall space that would be ideal for a long sectional. Unfortunately our area doesn't have many furniture stores and typically people order couches online now. We visited a local furniture store and found that our taste and comfort was very specific and couldn't imagine ordering something online that we had never sat on. I remembered Donna's from all the advertising they had done on TV and decided we should give them a try. I'm SO glad we did because it's literally a one stop shop for us! We got to sit on tons of couches and look at lots of different styles. My husband and I really like the modern minimalist look and found a couch that was like sitting on a cloud and the best part was we were able to customize it! We already have 2 accent chairs so we were trying to coordinate with those dark blue chairs. Lori made it so fun by helping us decide on fabric for the couch and for the pillows! She really knows what she is doing! We especially love that we were able to get a couch big enough to fit in the space with the perfect fabric and pillows! We LOVE it, thank you!! After the couch was delivered we were sitting in the dark blue chairs across the room and noticed an inch long cut in the fabric on the middle section of the couch. ย ย ย Read moreI wish I could give it 0 stars! Donna the owner is very nice and cordial when you walk in and purchase something but once the transaction is over she won't give you the time of day. She also misled us by telling us the item we ordered was made in the US and after doing research online we found out that it was made in China. She also messed up our order twice and was upset with us because when the reorder came in the color was still wrong. She originally told us she would refund our deposit when we placed the order, so when we decided to ask for our deposit back after two failed attempts at getting us the correct item (totally her fault), she was very rude, refused to help us, and insulted us in front of other customers. One of her daughters had to come out from the back and apologize for her mother and process the refund. It's a wonder that this woman has any customers with her Jekyl & Hyde act! ย ย ย Read moreI too had a terrible time with customer service. On our last visit we ordered a couch which would be 6 weeks in coming. It was never ordered! We FINALY received it 13 weeks later! This required many phone calls and a visit there. Yes, they had our deposit all this time. When the couch FINALLY arrived in our driveway, the owner's son...the delivery guy and his helper became argumentative AND LEFT WITH OUR COUCH! Apparently this belligerent and threatening behavior is tolerated. When I called Laurie back at the store she tried to manage to situation and get him to come back and deliver the couch but it took some doing. Unbelievable! This man has in the past crushed one of our entry lights with the truck and left skid marks on our entryway! He needs to be fired and Donna's needs to get some systems in place for ordering furniture. Their product quality is good but service...
