We had the BEST time. This place is perfect for a team building event. We there for 3 hrs., which was a good amount of time. We had 20 people in our group. This activity is great for all levels of fitness. I was worried some of our staff might not be up for it. EVERYONE had a good time and had no problems engaging at their own pace. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Derrel, Johnny, and Olivia did a great job of helping us get the hang of using the bow and arrow. They lead the games and refereed. We played many different versions of dodge ball, and that was really fun. We had food brough in (as suggested) and brought a cooler with water and soda. Beers and wine are reasonably priced, and they had a good variety. They are also open to the public at certain time as you can drop in and play on your own. I give this place a 10/10 and will likely make this an annual thing...
Read moreAmazing Experience at Archery Denver! We recently celebrated our 14-year-old’s birthday at Archery Denver with the Archery Dodgeball party, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Olivia, our host, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the entire event run smoothly. Wrangling a dozen adults and teens is no easy task, but Olivia handled it like a pro. She kept everyone engaged, safe, and having fun, and her enthusiasm really added to the excitement of the party.
The archery dodgeball game was a blast – a unique and action-packed way to celebrate! Everyone, from the teens to the adults, had a great time, and the facility was perfect for this kind of event.
If you're looking for something fun and different for a birthday party or group event, we highly recommend Archery Denver. Huge thanks to Olivia for making it such a...
Read moreMy wife and I finally were able to check this place out. Super fun!
We came with a group of 7 people at 8pm and ended up having the whole area to ourselves. Sam did an excellent job teaching everyone how to shoot and he was a great referee and coach during a bunch of different games.
The arrows fly pretty fast but they don’t hurt when they hit you.
A couple of things to pay attention to:
Make sure the forearm protector that they give you stays put in the right place. I didn’t realize it but mine had shifted and I ended up with some light bruises from the bow string hitting my arm over and over. They were gone the next day though.
The fingers on your drawing hand will get a bit sore. My wife ended up putting a bandaid on her index finger and that helped a lot.
All in all, we are definitely coming back. We had a lot of fun and got some great exercise at...
