If you are considering King Systems for your whole home automation and A/V needs in Crested Butte and beyond, I can't endorse King Systems enough. Not only did Josh Andrew's and his King Systems team expertly guide me thru the entire design and installation process, but they did so patiently knowing that our relationship would be much more than a one-time transaction. Something I didn't fully appreciate at the time.

With the benefit of time, I've now seen the wisdom of King System's approach to design and developing long term relationships. And their pricing, albeit a slight premium, seems like a bargain today given their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service.

King Systems is staffed at every level to provide post installation services, knowing that homeowner questions and needs will always arise, sometimes even 2 years later (like me). They also planned in advance for my future needs, knowing that I would ultimately want to expand the features of my home, saving me real money and even more so time and frustration.

We needed to update/upgrade our audio/visual system at our locally owned funeral home and after research and conversations with several vendors we chose King Systems. We cannot be more satisfied with the service and products we have received. From the sales call to the initial design consultation to the implementation we have been pleased. King Systems did an amazing job of revamping the aging sound system in a large multi-use gymnazium at our school. Jeff was a huge help during the onsite assessment helping us identify usable equipment to keep and suggesting items we could upgrade to improve overall quality while keeping our overall project costs reasonable. Jeff and his team also handled installing, rewiring and calibrating our new hardware and left our sound booth clean, organized, and functioning smoothly.
