Instruction - Beginning with great instruction, Dave, Matt, and Adam teach basic and advanced techniques and break them down so their easier to understand. It's nice to have access to the instructors to show where you have gaps in your technique. Range of sizes - There are plenty of people in a variety of shapes and sizes to maximize different scenarios. Great people - The gym members are consistent and everyone wants everyone else to improve. It's a great way to spend time...
