I never do this but people deserve to know how the āperson in chargeā is handling customer service, really really poorly that is. I have been grooming my dog her since April when I moved to the area and the actual groomers are really sweet and the service provided should be rated 5 stars, however, I made an appointment on Dec 5 for my dogs grooming tomorrow and I was just calling to confirm the time, and the appointment was no where to be found. I called 3 different times, spoke with the owner and was told the groomer would reach back out to me to reschedule. That never happened. I even reached out on FB messenger, my message was read but not replied too. I paid alot of money to take my dog here every 6 weeks to be treated this way.
