Originally was a good deal, but I did not want recliners from the start, I ended up with everything recliners. I wanted a regular couch as I said I had a couch with a cup holder in the middle but I don’t want another one. What do I get another one. I also got a table I love, that’s the only thing I love it is also over priced. I’m upset because alittle after a yr the recliners start to have problems. A few months later one breaks, then another and the sofa recliner seat cover is ripping along the seams, the arm rest is broke, we have to pull it towards back to the couch now. SMH I was excited to have bought new furniture for my family that would last for yrs, but this isn’t what I have expected just a few.. you get what you buy at a discount place new or used I’ll never go back. Let alone when our couches were dropped off the driver didn’t even bring it inside he left it on the porch an left. My husband injured himself bringing in the furniture because it was going to storm. The guy I talked too said I was lying his drivers would not do that, I have 4 cameras on my porch, and not a word was said after that. This is my experience I hope yours will...

Bad service when there is an older lady, she thinks that every Hispanic who comes in wants to steal. My husband touched a small cardboard box that, by the way, was already open. The lady went and told him in a very rude way that he could not open it. I told him, that box was open. My husband was just putting his hand in there. She was very rude, so we decided to leave everything there and not buy anything. Until now I will not return. There are other stores that need to sell and they are very kind. I urge other people who are susceptible to bad-mouthed or ill-tempered people not to go there. Or if you do go, be prepared because when that lady is there, the service...

Tried to engage in a conversation as I walked in, but the woman (owner?) behind the register barely glanced up from her cell phone and did not say a word. Store was filthy. I'm sorry, but with all the $30-$40 prices I can shop anywhere and purchase NEW items. One oven mitt was $6 - Really?? You would think they would greet you and try and make you feel welcome. Customer service, people! You are not an essential business!! We can order all of these items online and not put up with sorry customer service.
