I would give this place zero stars if I could. This establishment is extremely unprofessional and scammy. I have been trying to cancel my membership for months, even going so far as to text the owner’s cell phone number to which I was left on delivered. Worst customer service ever! Amber’s review was the truest I have read. They will tell you that you need to come in person to cancel, you could make 3-4 special trips there even though you have moved and it’s an inconvenience, and then they may or may not be there even if it’s during the daytime. I have even tried going through my bank to block the payment and they change the wording monthly, so I have had to block the payment several times while I am actively still trying to cancel my membership. Amazing Gym and Equipment for a smaller gym. Has everything you need and as many plates as you need. It’s clean and the owner is a very nice man. Sometimes he has a dog with him in the gym and the people are very willing to help you with no hesitation. 2 squat racks, a smith machine, incline and regular bench, with 2 flat benches (that can incline) and a decline, and another I don’t know the name of etc. What I’m saying is that it has everything. Honestly it's everything you hope for when looking for a spot to get your workout in. Unless you prefer the "big city" franchises, that lack (in my experiences) dedication. Equipment took up all night by someone who wants to be cute. No thank you, go ahead and pull on outta there straight to Ashland city Fitness. Open ALL DAMN...
