Bare Arms Indoor Range — Local services in Ashland

So I found this company and was very excited because I have had quite atime finding a holster for my competition grade Smith and Wesson. I called before I ordered to make sure they could accommodate for custom sights. They said yes. I ordered, and then based of what they said, called again to make sure it was noted about the sight. The order came late, was for the wrong hand, and not only didn't fit my sights but scratched the front sight up when trying to remove it. I don't know this for a fact, but it seems like whoever made this was on auto-pilot and never actually read the customizing part for a custom holster order. I'm a veteran and had great expectations because it touts itself as veteran own and operated. The quality I received makes me ashamed that they claim this....

So I ordered parts from Bare Arms and their "Certified Glock Armorer", or at least that is what I was told. When trying to check on / confirm the order was placed (because it had been 2 weeks after I placed order) the staff was rude and offered no help whatsoever. After a few failed attempts to resolve this through Bare Arms and speaking with multiple staff members, I got in touch with Glock to find out what was going on with my order. Glock let me know that Bare Arms and their "Certified Glock Armorer" had never contacted them or placed the order. This is how Bare Arms treats its customers. Dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I just made a comment about selling a specific gun to them and maybe wanting to buy another one and the owner gave me a horrible additude for no reason and was a total a-hole and acted like it was my fault that I did not know that the guns in the counter with PRICE TAGS clearly on them were NOT FOR SALE! I guess from where I came in right after work and looked rough I'll assume he is just a self righteous judgemental pinhead because everyone else there was nice and helpful, but I won't be going back there and I suggest anyone in the Ashland area to just go to the free firing range in Ohio. I don't like being talked to like I'm someone's teenager when I'm a grown man...
