I don't recommend this Subway. If they mess up they will make it out ti be your fault!
I have my orders messed up all the time from most places. Because people dont care about the quality of their work even though we pay good money for our food. I never call. I have to really be upset to call. But when I do, this is how I'm treated? As though I'm lying when you KNOW what you did? No thank you. I don't enjoy...
Read moreLast night (2/26/24) my nephew and I went in for dinner. The store was busy, but we were waited on in good time. The young lady that began our sandwiches, I believe her name was Maggie, was very friendly, professional, and courteous. The only older man, Ian, working with two young females was not only rude to me, but to the other girls as well. He claimed to be management, but real management does not chastise another employee without reason especially in front of customers. By the time this man helped us, he tried to rush us through and seemed as though he did not want to finish our sandwiches. I complemented Maggie to try to balance the situation, saying that she had done very well, and she had. At this point, I was ready to leave simply because of the way this "manager" acted not only towards myself but to those young ladies. Both ladies ( I did not get the other girls name) were working quickly and diligently and had a great handle on the situation. This "manager" was rude and aggressive in the way that he spoke, and honestly seemed to have more difficulty keeping up. If this is the way young women and customers are treated in this establishment, Ashland can do better than to frequent this business. There are other subway locations where this does not happen. An employee should not have to worry about going to work because they are harassed and humiliated by another employee. It's one thing to be rude to a customer, but to humiliate young employees in front of a store full of customers is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope both young ladies either find better employment elsewhere or this man is dealt with...
Read moreWe ordered, in app, for delivery. It was quick enough. When we opened the bag, our 'yay lunch' turned to sadness. Sandwich one - correct with the exception of missing Genoa salami. Everything else is there, edible.
Then sandwich 2. It has tuna written on it. We didn't order tuna, but peeked inside to verify what it was. It was the steak & cheese we ordered. Yay! Once fully unwrapped, it turns out it was a footlong steak & teriyaki soup bowl. It was ordered with light sauce. But no. It is defying the odds of science, surviving a trip to the house, and still literally swimming in the deep end of sauce. It doesn't have a sheen of tasty teriyaki, it has a full half inch that is just sitting on top, as the bread is already absorbed all it can, and every miniscule nook & cranny is full also. It's a full teriyaki flood. Again, it was ordered with light sauce. It isn't cut in half, because there was no way any employee could have cut it without a tsunami of teriyaki flooding the store. We get back on the app, to let the store know. A very generic email 24 hours later. They hold themselves to high food prep standards. Awesome....... but we still ended up with a disgusting sandwich that couldn't be eaten. Literally soggy, swamped steak floating in a bread...
