LONG REVIEW BUT, NECESSARY: My son and I drive here for a quick dinner yesterday, (08/11/19) around 7:00 p.m. I parked my car at the end of the parking lot, where no other cars were parked (there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot, one being an employee's which was an older white mid-sized car, and his was parked on the other end of the lot by the dumpster with another employee sitting in the passenger's side with the door open, smoking a cigarette, and the other was a van parked in front of the entrance). Before I continue, I want to point out that the employee who was sitting in the car had nothing to do with what happened next. Upon parking and getting out of my car, 2 of the male employees were taking a break and one was sitting outside in the parking lot on the curb by the dumpster. Well, he threw a rock in the direction of my car trying to knock over a cup and it bounces off the pavement and lands close to my car. I tell him not to throw rocks towards my car, and he replies with "I'm trying to knock that cup over with a rock". I told him he'd better not hit my car with a rock or there would be a problem. He picks up another one and throws it, and it bounces and lands within a couple of feet of my car. Now, I'm angry and yell that he'd better not throw another rock towards my car. About that time, a 3rd male employee comes walking around the side of the dumpster bin; my son and I started walking towards the entrance because the employee who'd thrown the rocks stopped and was talking to that employee. I heard them laugh and turned around as another, much bigger, rock was bouncing off the pavement towards my car and landed underneath the back end of my car, barely missing bouncing off of the back panel of my car instead of going under it. I asked who threw that and the guy that came out from around the dumpster was walking across the parking lot towards the entrance where my son and I were standing and very rudely says, "I threw the rock, what?" while shrugging his shoulders. By this time, I'm infuriated! He walks right up to me, he towered over me because I'm 5'1" and he had to have been 6' or taller ( he was very tall, slim, blondish hair, and an acne issue, to give a description) and proceeds to tell me he didn't hit my car. I told him he came awful close because it bounced right up under the back end of my car. Then he says he's sorry, he didn't realize I'd already asked the other employee to not throw anymore rocks. I looked at him and said "Of course I told him to stop, he almost hit my car twice! What makes you all think you can throw rocks in a parking lot in the direction of a car?" My son and I walk in so I can speak to the manager because I'd already decided we were eating elsewhere at this point. That same employee walks behind the counter and says "What can I get you?". I told him his manager. So, he walks over to the manager and starts telling his version of what happened, and another employee that was preparing an order was standing beside them and asked that guy if he hit my car with a rock. I spoke up and said "No, he didn't hit it but he came awful close and I want to speak to the manager". He says that the manager is coming and will be right out. I'm standing there waiting for this manager to come speak to me, and no manager came. So, I took my son and left because it was obvious that the manager couldn't have cared less about what had just transpired out in their parking lot between a customer and 2 of his employees. I'll never, ever go back to this Taco Bell (Winchester Ave, Ashland). Also, I found out this happened to be the very same Taco Bell that, not long ago, there was a pill put inside one of the soft tacos and as the grandmother was cutting up this taco for her granddaughter (I believe she was 3 or 4 yrs old), she found the pill. The police were called and there was a news story on it. I most definitely don't recommend this Taco Bell location. You're better off going to the one in Russell by Lowe's or the one in Cannonsburg by...
Read moreOrdered a Supreme burrito, a chicken chalupe, and a crunchwrap Supreme. Unfortunately they forgot to put meat on my burrito or on my crunchwrap Supreme. So my burrito was basically all refried beans and my crunch wrap was all lettuce. Lol where is the meat??? I'm not sure what happened, if they were just in a hurry bc it was busy or what but it was not good. I won't be eating here ever again. The service wasn't friendly and couldn't even be bothered to smile or make eye contact. Didn't even get have a nice day, thank you or even a word upon paying and leaving. Was just a bad experience. It's sad because I really loved taco bell. I could have gotten over the missed meat if the service was friendly because we all make mistakes... but when the service is kinda rude and they mess up your food, well it just has to be a done deal for me. I won't be going back to this location....
Read moreI unfortunately have been stuck here in this dead place my whole life and TB like many is one of the only options when no one wants to cook at home. I don't eat it as much as I used to for about the last decade. Wasn't much better then, certainly isn't now. As others have said, prices have gotten ridiculous. Workers obviously don't do said 'work' as 99 percent of the time, drive-thru or inside, the order is incorrect, missing half of it, etc. for instance, they always act like I'm from Mars when I say a simple couple of soft tacos with meat cheese tomato only. It's not that confusing. Ironically it's always either the young black girl I believe, don't remember her name, or the older woman that tends to get it right. But really. They act like it's rocket science. Oh and of course half the time food is cold. Gotten worse...
