I just bought a Glock 19 from Borders, and the experience was a solid 10/10. I went to Rural King first. The lady behind the counter at Rural King was giving me a hard time based on my appearance. She made a comment out of the side of her mouth along the lines of "some people have to wait 3 days regardless" and that told me she was going to do everything in her power to prevent me from walking away with a handgun. Well, I left and went a few miles up the road to Borders sporting goods. And let me just say the experience was pleasant. The people there are really professional and very polite. They didn't care that I have long hair. They didn't care about my tattoos. They didn't see the dark circles around my eyes and assume the worst. They talked to me like a human being. Excellent customer service. The whole experience lasted about 20 minutes, and just like that, I'm now the happy owner of a Glock 19. From this point forward, I will only be doing business at Borders. Love this place. They have a good selection of gear. Lots of firearms and ammo, more than fishing really, but I go for the fishing and it does not disappoint. I came in and picked up a new scope for rifle and got one but it didnt fit and came back they let me trade it in on another it didnt fit so I got offset rings but still no fit finally they let me bring it back and I settled on a trijicon credo ,best scope I've ever gotten took three shots to zero ,one at 25 one at about 50 and one at about 125 dead on , the staff always works with me...
