Save A Lot — Local services in Ashland

Received an email with a STAR SPANGLED ADVERTISEMENT. When I arrived at the store I couldn't find anything that was advertised, so I asked the cashier & a guy in the vack. Cashier stated that they hadn't put out their ad on Facebook yet. Guy in back said " I just work here" needless to say I didn't get anything that was supposed to be on sale. I just left my buggy set & walked out of the store. That's real disappointing SAVALOT!!!! I definitely expected better than out of your stores. Just saying.... I'll think twice before I trust anything you put out as a special deal.... I'll remember tge next time I go shopping for our food, how I was done... When you advertise something, I expect to see it in your store... Not trustworthy...... If you advertise... you need to make sure people are on the same page... poor management... of...

It's a very nice store, it's clean and the shelves were stocked.. But it was the most expensive save a lot I've ever been in. What few items I did get it took me half an hour to check out because the cashier and a customer socialized the whole time talking about customers vacation and debit card stolen. It's ok to be friendly but scan and bag, keep things going! I was really aggravated and so was the other 3 or 4...

The store was very clean and the Isles were easy to navigate. I had no problem finding everything I needed. The cashier was friendly and polite, she always had a smile on her face the entire time I was being checked out. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family as well as anybody in town.
