Where do I begin? Pool: Mr. Harris assisted me every step of the new pool liner process (correct measurements, ordering and numerous install questions) he was always willing to answer any question. His daughter, Jenny, was also extremely helpful with getting all the chemicals and testing the pool water. Everything was going smoothly until the green flow light turned red (Pentair Intellichlor IC40). Called Jenny, she asked me to send her a picture of the defective part and...YES, they had the part I needed at an amazing price! Daniel always makes sure I get to the correct area for what I need. These people are the reason I moved to the south! Southern hospitality, amazing customer service and if they don't have the part I need, they are always willing to try and order it. Oh, about a month ago I needed some underwater epoxy putty, they had just ran out, Mr. Harris's son grabbed one off his work truck and gave it to me..What more is there to say. ...

Called for a plumber to come out and check/unclog our sewer pipe. The guy that came out tried to plunge it 3 times and then gave us a quote of $20k and told us we needed to dig up the pipes. When asked if they could snake it or put a camera down first to see what the issue was before we dug up we were told no. Called another plumber for a second opinion before we spent the money. They snaked our drain and unclogged it within 20 minutes. Not sure what kind of scam Harris is running trying to get people to dig up pipes without thoroughly checking what the problem is first. The staff at this place are lifesavers, always there to help out. And it's so clean, you could practically eat off the floors! It's amazing that they have everything in stock, no matter what you're looking for. I really appreciate how they make things easy and convenient.
