Absolutely the best customer service you could find!

I was coming from out of the area so I called ahead to make sure they had the products I needed for my job. They didn't have enough in stock so they special ordered them for me. Then I had to come back later to get a special tool during the job as an unexpected problem arose. I found a tool that would "mostly" do the job and the owner, Teddy, offered to take me to his house around the corner and use his power tools to cut the tool down to the exact size that I needed. He did this without charging a penny....

I bought an air conditioner from Jeffrey and Teddy. They delivered it to me which was 30 miles away and did not charge me for it!! When the air conditioner did not cool our area down since it is 1700 square Feet, I called them and they told me just to bring it back and they would find one that would work for us, and they did!!
