I currently work for a property management company today had to go pick up a clients vehicle up today and the older valet guy with glasses up front is not very helpful. Get there and stood there for about 40 seconds and he would see me standing there and wouldnāt say anything do to him being on his phone doing who knows what(not his job). After me standing there for a while now, a customer pulled up asking for help to where he could park his vehicle, the valet guy just raised his hand up and pointed towards the direction he could park and still he did not move his eyes from his phone, the gentleman still wasnāt sure to where he should park and another of the working guys there that was passing by ended up reassuring where he could park and finally the customer went his way. There I was still standing with no assistance so I just decided to say āI came to pick up (clients name) vehicle pleaseā he just looked at me stood up walked to the key room and from the door he just threw the keys at me, the keys hit a sign from the counter top and fell to the floor and of course I pick them up and I whispered to him that he should be more respectful and he said āoh I thought you would of catch themā. I just walked away. When I said he should be more respectful it was directed to everything he was doing, from him to: -Not greeting and helping customers that arrive -Not putting his phone down while heās at work -Not assisting who ever is there in front of him -Throwing keys -Giving attitude when asking for help
This is not the first time that Iāve had to deal with this valet guy and wait even minutes for him...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToo much confusion! I asked for a GPU. I was charged for a GPU. I called the front desk; we donāt have a GPU and we are ready to start. GPU was delivered but the line crew drove away. I called the front desk again and said that we need someone at the GPU so we can start up. There was still confusion at the front desk on what I was asking for. Iām sure that Iām not the first to say we need a lineman for a GPU start. We waited another 5 to 10 minutes and I still had to flag down a lineman as he drove by (who had a bad attitude). After the engine start, I motioned for a disconnect. The lineman disconnected, but he didnāt come forward to tell us that we were disconnected. We waited for a few minutes and assumed that he did and left. Atlantic Aspen is normally very good, but this whole process added 20 minutes to depart. Very disappointed in the process, execution, and bad attitude. Thatās a we get for a 1...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would choose zero stars if I could. Possibly, the worst service I have received in my aviation history. After a week, I showed up for a 9 AM departure only to find my plane parked out on the north ramp chained up and covered in 2 feet of snow. Nice - $1+ million new airplane. It was supposed to go in a hangar or I was going to receive a phone call prior. Of course - no call. It took me more than two hours to get the plane out of the snow and onto a ramp only to have to use a GPU and a block heater for two hours. My departure was delayed by 4 hours thanks to a comedy of errors by everyone at Atlantic. To top it off, everyone I came in contact with was rude, condescending, and curt (line staff included). To add additional insult, I got charged for everything. Feeling special. Plan to avoid this FBO everywhere I travel from now on. Another...
