I absolutely LOVE going to Lynlott, I would give them 10 stars if I could! I never write reviews, but I just can't get over how wonderful of an experience I consistently have - which is why I would recommend anyone to do business with them. They are so knowledgeable, accommodating, and very friendly! They take the time to explain, give me ideas and tips/how to, and ensure I leave with exactly what I need! Debbie has gone out of her way several times to locate items for me, which I greatly appreciate! I feel like they actually appreciate my business and not "just a transaction", which is so refreshing given the decline in customer service everywhere nowadays. In addition, they have an awesome selection of Melissa & Doug, and great sales to go along with it! My little girl is 4, she absolutely loves it! I know that every time I get something from there, it will be of the highest QUALITY - miniatures, Melissa & Doug, stuffed animals, etc., and especially the quality of service. Plus, it feels great to support true small businesses that care and not just big bad corporate America! I have loved Lynlott Miniatures for decades and have spent lots and lots of money there over the past 20 years. Today I took my daughter and friend there for their first visit. The young lady with the awesome tattoos who was working went to a display my daughter had been looking at and said, "Did you take something out of here?" with a glare at her. She said, "It was here this morning but is now missing." I asked what was missing and she said a little jar but it may have fallen. My daughter turned out her pockets, crimson with humiliation and embarrassment. I bought what we came for and left. Hindsight being 20-20, I should have walked right out without making that purchase.
