I started shopping with Anna and Company in 2018 when I lived in Atascadero and was drawn to her store initially for her amazing home decor and gifts. Since then she has transformed her store to include more woman's clothing along with the store staples including high quality baby and kid clothing, home decor, gifts, jewelry, and toys to name a few. Anna's taste in clothing is unmatched and she works with her vendors, Wearables, VCXI, and Karamel Collection, to find clothing that is not only comfortable, but stylish and fits every body type - which still is a mystery to me! Many of the pieces I purchased in 2018 and 2019 are still in my closet and are worn often. Having relocated last year to another part of the country, Anna remains my go to for my own clothing and gifts. She knows my style and what will look good on me and makes excellent recommendations - I am never disappointed and love getting my Anna and Company packages in the mail. The owner of anna and mom is one of the most kind-hearted, compassionate, and loving people I know. She was my son's 1st grade teacher 2 years ago at a private Christian School. I was blessed to be the room mom and I can not say enough about her love and grace for children. It was bitter sweet to see her leave the school to follow her dreams of opening a children's store! I could not be happier and proud of her hard work! Anna and mom is so colorful and uplifting. You instantly feel happy entering her boutique with her sweet welcoming smile! We visit often and she welcomes my 9 yr. Old and 5 yr. Old always with a big hug! They both miss her so much! Anna's boutique has helped transform the Atacadero Downtown area!! She has brought so many adorable gift ideas to locals and visitors to the Central Coast. She is very involved in the Atascadero Chamber and supports our local businesses in working cohesively. Where to start? Oh yeah…..Anna is condescending and rude! This is a small town and I was shocked to be treated as rudely as Anna treated me. I spent over $500 in her store and when I attempted to return one of the tops (it didn’t fit the same as an identical one that I had purchased) she refused to take it back without the manufacturer’s tag (I had the receipt) I wasn’t so upset that she didn’t allow an exchange ( No Refunds!), she was just so rude! She attempted to shame me with her refusal! They are so busy wrapping their online orders and talking to each other, they pay no attention to you, so I don’t quite understand the appointment idea. She was out of many sizes both times I was in. I will not be back and I’m going to pass the word to my friends that are curious...
