These are the most incompetent doctors I've ever dealt with in my entire life and I've dealt with hundreds of doctors around here they cut my medication in half overnight so I went through withdrawals and then they didn't schedule me another pain medication appointment for a month after I run up to put me right back on them again I had a procedure that was supposed to be done today and they didn't ever call me to tell me what time it was at I had to get a hold of them and ask do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here literally squirrel could do a better job than these doctors. I would give negative Stars if I could and Dr Hollander is probably one of the worst doctors I've ever dealt with in my life that guy is a condescending judgmental person. In their office staff is some of the most incompetent human beings on the planet Earth. I had injections done by them yesterday on the 8th of October and my back is 10 times worse now I could barely get out I've been this morning and now my legs are giving out I'm going to be talking to a lawyer soon to see what I can do about these people and...

The practice continues to change their policies to the point that it's impossible to get care even as an established patient. I'm past due for a treatment I've been getting with them every 3 months for years and have been struggling to get care only to be told today "we're no longer providing it" so all of the hoops they've been making me jump through to get my treatment were for nothing. They gave me no warning that these changes were coming and led me along as if I would continue to get care if I kept trying. People come here because they are in pain. To continually mislead patients who are in pain and give them false hope is shameful. Then they billed me for the appointment where they mislead me into believing I would receive care. They have no plan to help patients continue care other than to tell me to find a neurologist who might offer these services knowing all neurologists have a waiting list of at least 6 months. I...

5 years later and Pacific Pain is still helping me stay out of pain They go above and beyond to push my referrals through when I'm in excruciating pain. Barbara Irish is one of the best N.P's, Matt Ebling even called me during his daughter's soccer game to check in on me and Dr Pires is the best doctor ever that does the procedures. He is care and empathetic and compassionate.

I love that they don't just hand out painted meds like candy, they will not prescribe long term meds. I always look for more conservative approaches and don't like putting any meds in my body. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for relief. I've been with them for years and will continue to forever be with them.
