Although the store looks clean and well supplied, I have been seriously disappointed 3 out of the 4 times I've been in this place. The store manager is knowledgeable and friendly. However I think he's the only staff member that is. Any other employee has been fairly useless and on the verge of clueless regarding what they have in stock or components of basic apparatuses (ie. A stem for a bong to which I heard the employee ask the customer, "do you know what it looks like?"). WTH? You need to at least hire people who have basic knowledge or give them better training. Nataisha is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers leave satisfied and get the best deal. She treats all of her customers like family and doesn't make you feel like a walking money sign. Sh has been so helpful with making sure I'm getting the best kratom for what I need. She is the only reason I will continue going to this store because she cares so much and knows what she is talking about and if she doesn't know she is honest with you about it.
