I love the Red Dress Boutique and have been shopping here for the last 5 years. They have the cutest clothes, run awesome sales, and their customer service is phenomenal. I have never visited their actual shop location, but every order I have placed online has been flawless. The owner, Diana Harbour has built this boutique from the ground up and is a smart, kind, and strong businesswoman! Not afraid to stand for what she believes in and is always launching new and innovative ideas. Each employee I have interacted with from their customer service department has always been so helpful and sweet. In fact, I want to share a screenshot from an email conversation a few years ago that always sticks out in my mind. I was stalking the RDB page patiently waiting for this top I was in love with to go back in stock in my size. I went back and checked every day, and then one day the listing wasn't there anymore. I reached out to RDB asking if it will be restocked, and Kimberly got back to me and said they were sold out of all sizes and weren't planning on relisting, but she would keep an eye out for my size if it came in on a return. I'm not sure if Kimberly works there anymore, but if she does tell her she's awesome and I always think about how sweet she was. And I still love my top and wear it...
Read moreDON'T shop here. This is the first time that I have ordered from this website and it will be the last. The item that I ordered was on a one day sale of some sort (AKA not clearance or final sale) and they refuse to return it, EVEN THOUGH IT IS CURRENTLY REGULAR PRICE on their website. They do not have a flexible return policy and you will be stuck with items that you don't want. Oh, and to insult to injury, you also have to pay for shipping to return any unwanted items. Also they have the worst customer service. Instead of trying to keep customers and help them with situations they are rude and will hang up on you. You get what you pay for. The clothing is cheap and does not look anywhere near as pictured. I will be returning the remaining item that I ordered and will never order...
Read moreI usually LOVE the boutique and their clothes. Today 05/26/2020 I drove from Upstate, SC to visit their boutique to pick up a few dresses I needed that would not reach me in time if shipped. Their Google hours states that they are in fact open but when I arrived at the store front they have a sign on the door telling potential customers that they are closed. I found no information on their website that would inform me that the store front is closed. I am so disappointed that I came all of that way for nothing.
