2 Complaints:(1)The items priced on the shelves are marked at a lower cost, but then the same item rings up a higher price at the checkout register. At the checkout register, customers are charged a dollar or more extra on items when they go through the register for checkout! The prices on the shelves are lower than the prices programmed in the register. The store is ripping customers off, saying the prices are lower on the shelf, but then when you get to the register, the items rings up a higher price than the price displayed on the shelves! (2) This issue was brought to the attention of the checkout clerk. The checkout clerk responded in a rude irate manner, I haven't had time to change the prices on the shelves, the clerk also said, I either wanted the items at the register price or I didn't! I asked the clerk if I could have the items at the shelf price. The checkout clerk became even more irate and said again, "Do you want these items at the register price or not!" Had no idea other customers had my experience. I go to this store frequently and thought it would be my new go-to after my shift. One of the workers accused me of stealing candy. She demanded I open my small over the shoulder purse only to discover a finished bag of pretzels I ate prior to even entering the building and a bag of cheezeitz miniature sized I get free from work, nothing sold at the store at the very least. The cashier knew this and rather than apologize, stormed away in a tiff as if it was my fault she assumed I stole. I was shocked as I liked shopping there but not so sure after that experience. It doesn’t help I went there at 8 this morning before work and waited 10 minutes and the place was still not open. Someone stood there at the door even and knew I was there but nothing happened! This is by far the worst dollar general I have EVER been in!! You walk into the store with any kind of bags and they harass you to keep them up front.( which is normal) but then they want to walk around the store and follow you, eyeing you down literally every aisle you approach. When you get to the front end they literally eyeball you down and harass you as if you have stolen every product in this store. I've ways went in this store with wads of money and this still happens. This is the poorest store management I have ever seen in my life 0 out of 5 stars. They'd be better turning this into a homeless shelter!!! It would have better outcomes...
