Travel to Greece. Part 1 Arriving in Athens and standing in the Acropolis is like standing in the past, allow at least two days for this visual feast. Also don't miss a climb up Mars hill which is about 50 yards to the right of the small bar opposite the Acropolis front entrance. Mars hill was where Paul addressed the Athenians regarding their 'unknown god' in Acts 17:16-34 Worth a visit is the Manastiraki flea market, take the metro to Manastiraki and the square is opposite with the market on the right hand side. From Manastiraki square, follow the road opposite the metro entrance, up the hill in the evening for great night shots of the Acropolis.

Mars hill Athens There are many routes to take out of Athens, we chose to take the bus to Napflio, a 2hr bus ride West of Athens, a nice trip with great scenery en route. To get to Nafplio, take a taxi from Athens to the Kifissou Bus Terminal near the National Archaeological Museum (for about 8 euro), then catch the bus to Nafplio about a 2 hour journey. Make sure you sit on the left side of the bus for a stunning view of the Isthmus canal just before Corinth City Nafplio is a beautiful small coastal town with a gorgeous old town centre, lovely cobbled streets and so much to see. There are great walks around the area and a local beach, just 10 mins walk from the town. At the main bus station, follow the winding road opposite next to the castle hill walk up and over, down into the beach. You can easily spend a week as there is much to see. old Corinth and a site at Nemea every bit as good as Olympus. From Nafplio you can easily take a ferry to Hydra and Spetsus from Tolo, a 20 min bus ride from Nafplio.

Dropping a pin at the Epidravos Amphi-theatre Five tourists appreciated my speech at the Amphi-theatre Don't miss a fabulous visit to the amphitheatre at Epidavros, one of the best preserved in Greece, it is really was amazing and well worth the 40min walk from the bus stop to reach it. Another great stop is Loutraki, a small seaside town near Nafplio, we settled on Loutraki as a stop to see Old Corinth and Nemea Take a trip to Ancient Numea exploring ruins there. Ancient Corinth is so amazing. Near the site there is an ancient fort on the top of mountainside worth the trip up if you can beg a lift...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreItās time to cut my losses. āļø Iāve been extremely loyal to my hairdresser for many years and that loyalty has not been reciprocated. Iāve been patient with her when sheās been late (more than once), been on maternity leave or has had to reschedule at the last minute. My time is just as important as hers. Thereās been times my appointment is an hour and a half past the scheduled time and sometimes the price is $140 and sometimes itās $180 (before tip). Thatās a serious fluctuation in price. I get inflation has affected everyone, but when the quality in the product and service has gone down yet the price goes upā¦That doesnāt make sense to me. The Math Aināt Mathing. Especially when I do the same thing with my hair, Everyā¦Singleā¦Timeā¦
For me itās a level of respect. If I have to be at my appointment on time, then she should be on time as well. I understand things happen and clients show up late or hairdressers run behind but when itās consistently late on their end, thatās not okay. If the client is late or cancels, without notice, they are held accountable. Same should go for the hairdresser. I book my appointments 3 months in advance and depending on my stylist personal life, Iāve waited almost 5 months for her! I get people have babies and things happen but when Iām loyal to you, I except the same loyalty in return.
I will no longer recommended this particular hairdresser to family and friends. I could call her out by name but that seems a little harsh. Weāll call her NP. Reasons for NPās tardiness: NP tends to leave her house late, gets overbook or gets behind on appointments.
NP knows who she is. NP needs to focus on time management and making her clients a priority.
Iām willing to drive an hour or two away for better service. My family and I will go elsewhere.
Sorry NP,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT GO HERE. RUINED MY HAIR FOR $500. if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I spent $450 to get my hair to look like the reference photo and this is what it turned out like. stylist was very rude and started dying my hair before I even approved of the color so it was already too late. this was an entire paycheck and it turned out looking horrible. I wish I never went and just kept my natural hair instead. stylist also got dye all over my face and did not clean it up. I am stuck with black dye all over my cheeks and I haven't been going to class because it's so embarrassing . I called to issue a complaint and they didn't answer, then they said that the manager would call me back at 7. at 830 he called me back and after I explained the issue to him he said I could just "wipe the dye off with a wipe" and that "the issue is that I just didn't like it". I'm not sure where to go from here because I absolutely hate this hair. pictures provided for proof.
in the pictures you can see the dye she left all over my scalp, the dye she left all over my face, then the reference photo vs my hair. my mom has done better job at dying my hair for free. I'm never going to a...
