I placed an order this evening that was completely wrong. They forgot my fries entirely, two of 5 sauces and food was completely cold. As of 945 Friday, September 6, your GM or whoever claimed to be in chargeP Asi, rudest person on the planet. Your store messed up the order, forgot several items and had items called and they told me to call back tomorrow to speak to the general manager and they were busy and didn’t have time to come back out now. They said oh we can replace your fries another time, someone who has been in the hospitality business for the past 25 years, I have never seen such a pathetic excuse for customer service. I understand you’re hiring college kids, but you should also hold them accountable for their actions and teach them and train them to be adults in the real world, and that being arrogant fill in the blanks doesn’t equate in the real world. I wouldn’t let my German Shepherd order food from this establishment, moving forward and I have certainly filed the dispute regarding this transaction despite it only being 35 $40. I certainly will plaster this information all over the Internet given the pathetic excuse of customer service I have given in the lack of accountability by your employees to put me in touch with the right person. I hope your manager who was in charge at 9:45 on Friday, September 6 is held accountable. He sounded like a road scholar for lack of a better term. I can assure every person to avoid this establishment for pathetic lack of customer service and regard for humanity. What a joke...

From a previous five star reviewer and regular of around a year, this place fell off HARD. Something has changed within the last couple months that has absolutely ruined any chance of me ordering here again. They used to give generous servings, now you're lucky to get what you paid for. The food used to arrive early or on time every time, now you can expect to wait 30+ mins past the delivery time EVERY TIME. On top of that there is NO customer service. I recently placed an order for three meals and only received the fries, 24 tenders were missing. I attempted to call the store NUMEROUS times and never got the slightest hint that they even have a phone in the damn store. Being that I was intoxicated and was not going to put anyone in danger by driving, I was then forced to walk 15 minutes to the store in the dark winter at 10:00PM. Thankfully they had my food but I received no compensation for my trouble and I didn't request any because at that point I just wanted to go home. I am now writing this review waiting for my food that should have been delivered 30 minutes ago. Overall, this is the last straw I will not eat...

Me & my boyfriend have ordered here weekly since school started in august and will continue to do so. The food is always amazing and the workers are so awesome. We seriously love everything about this place! Would definitely be a must try!! :)

I am editing my review to tell you how bad this place has gotten. The service is terrible now and the food absolutely NEVER arrives on time (always 30+ minutes late). They also used to give you extra tenders every time and now you’re lucky to get what you paid for (the portions are also way smaller now). Tonight my food was 30+ minutes late so I called the store to figure out what was going on as my food had said out for delivery and hadn’t arrived, when they picked up all they could tell me was “Yeah that one’s been sitting here awhile. I’ll ask the cooks what’s going on with that one.” they didn’t provide any compensation for this. This is the last time we will ever order from here again....
