Very disappointed in the order I placed. I chose this shop because of the reviews and because it is family owned. I like to support small family owned businesses. I chose a premium designers choice winter arrangement for a friend who recently had to put her dogs to sleep. She sent me a picture and I could not have been more disappointed. Way too much greenery and not at all the winter flower arrangement I would expect. The picture showed white/purple/blue flowers. My friend commented on how much she loved the vase, but said the flowers didn’t look like my taste - they were not and my fault for not specifying what I wanted. The employees at this flower shop saved the day! We got married just over a week ago and 3 hours before the cerimony we found the bouquet frozen as it got pushed to the back of the fridge. I was able to get the flower shop about an hour and fifteen minutes before they closed. They were all more than willing to help and made a fantatic bouquet based of the two photos I showed them.
