Brookshire's — Local services in Atlanta

Stop was for produce and fruit check as there selection is always on point. Having no clue what is going on really beyond needed local news, my spouse and I both wondered if there was a pandemic, war, strike or other worldwide disaster we had missed. Tho TP and cleaners in sound supply I have found more than once this location or maybe the chain will sometimes have entire sectors of their store nearly barren of any product. The cooled mist stocked vegetables and pre prepared and packaged goods of fruits and vegetables were all but gone. Way to bare to have been due to good prices or something of that nature. Maybe there is one part of each day or week they do a deep clean and it’s best to clear it out and start new….cuz again ~ when it’s stocked it is kept full and with amazing looking options. Shopping the sales paper they send out weekly is a must or u might miss a smokin deal on a random item. Their deli and bakery are also both above average in its product sold as its staple foods. The sizes of single serving (but not for the shy eater 😀) are one of my favorite things ever. They offer such a variety of cake flavors…it’s sometimes hard to be loyal to my favorites in any category. Their chicken and sides, sandwiches and ribs…tho generally a higher price point than I like to go…are always going to be fresh and tasty. Made to order for pick up or fresh out of hot case…they also have the. 8 piece white or dark meat packages ready to grab from a small cooler section. Many deli areas only do the prepared to grab and go with their end of day left overs. I like convenience Brookshires offers in almost all aspects of their services and products. Friendly staff that is kind of a younger crowd for the late at nite shift…but only cuz everyone around me seems so young as I get older. I tend to decline the assistance to the car offered to every customer it makes me happy to know that as I get so old I maybe can’t get around so well there will always be someone at Brookshires to see me off safely packed into my car with my goods no matter the hour or weather. That is almost more valuable than the greeting the competitor was once well known for. Love the neighborhood market feel this store offers … they make it seem accidental but it’s definitely a perk to customers…I certainly do...

I want to Brookshire's this morning around 7:30 a.m. and I walked in the door and the staff looked at me like I didn't belong in the store. No good morning or welcome to Brookshire nothing but looks. Soil went to the meat section and the butcher was putting meat in the case I'm talking to myself about what price was what and he never said a word. So a black employee came to the back and said good morning I was shocked .I said you're the only one that spoke to me since I been in this store. And He said that he greets everyone. So I went to customer service and asked the young lady who was the manager in charge and she said that the general manager name is on the picture in front. I told her that I needed to speak with him or write his name down for me I can't remember his name looking at his picture. So after all that she called Chris Johle to the front and I told him what happened and it went in on ear and out the other. He didn't give a damn about customer service..All he said is ill address it with them.Treat all your customers the same our money...

Their deals are good on sodas and they're bakery and deli is the best The meat market hasn't changed much. Still all the best meats. Produce is amazing! The workers in produce are always nice and well rounded and know where everything is. Customer service was great among the listed. The cashiers and baggers are good at their job but the atmosphere is a little stuffy up front compared to everywhere else. I'm younger so this doesn't apply to me but the self checkouts still being finicky reallllyy needs work and I know it's a system but it DOESN'T help the older people when I thought that's what the store was for? The bagging process having to leave ALL your groceries in that little area and you can't move anything at all is not accessible for everyone. Especially when the registers are all full. Which I guess is a different issue on its own. Other than that the store was clean and...
