I went in to this office to get a estimate of what my tax return would be, as a tax payer and customer I have the right o not want it submitted because as a preparer you cannot submit the tax return without the persons approval so I did not want him to send it off to the IRS because the figures he came up with he did not explain to me. He was so fascinated in telling me how much I made, and saying things like oh wow you've really worked which that's not explaining anything, and even asked me did I have a pin number for my social security number. After discussing with him that I do not want him to submit my tax return, he proceeded to want to keep my W2 which he told me I would have to pay him 215.00 to get that back from him. This is what he stated "You probably ran off on the other guy, no I didn't do all this work for free, I don't work for you'll have to pay me to get your W2 back" I agreed to pay him with no problem or issue he said "no I don't take cards, cash only" I said ok that's fine I went to the store up the street and got the cash from the ATM, went back and paid him for him to give me back my information I did not expect him to do anything for free, even though he stated multiple times in which I have recordings of him saying that he did not submit it which was upon my request. I still paid him no problem, what he asked for which was 215.00 and he kept stating that he wasn't a bad person, I do people right these are signs of a red flag. The biggest red flag is, when paying to get my information back from him he directed his wife Pat, to make copies of my information saying that just incase they get audited they he would need them. It doesn't make any sense why would my information be audited at an office that did not submit my taxes, unless he submitted it without my knowledge at this point I called the police and got them involved because of the possible fraud that could occur. I paid them 220, received a 5 back and during this time still kept copies. I have all the recordings and I feel sorry for anyone who attends to this place, it seems that the individuals that come here may not know certain things and the way he operates is not legal or legit, at least for my experience. My "preparers" name which he really was not my preparer, Elena Comeau. I highly do not recommend this place you will get better service and respect somewhere else. He only tried to respect me after he saw that paying him was no problem just for a service that did not get completed and again as a customer and tax paying person I have that right to do, which is refuse the submitting...

My mom being going here since she was in her 30s and I’ve been going here since I was 18. I’m now 32. I love this place. Key to not getting audited, “ Find a legitimate tax preparer, and STICK WITH THEM.” Every year I get my refund early without all the extensive waiting.
