I was told there would be two ppl on my head, when I booked my appointment, but there was only one person on my head ALL Day. Picking up hair ties and rubber bands off the floor and trying to put them directly in my hair. #Gross Very inconsiderate considering the fact I had appointment at 9:00 a.m. and they did not show up to 930. They YELLED back in forth to each other really loud while I got my hair braided. Here it is a week later and my braids are unraveling. They tired to tell me the braids they did for me were long but they don't even go to the bottom of my back nor no where near my butt crack. I came with my own hair and still was taxed$ as if they use their braiding hair. I was very disappointing considering the fact I've been here before. And also, if u are still considering getting your hair braided there, You NEED TO use the bathroom before you go there, because their bathroom is so nasty. It smells like pee and looks like is never been clean EVER. I was quoted $220 I got there 8:30 the Braider said anybody can do your hair. Miriam quoted and told me to get individuals because my hair is short and the micro hair slides. She said they would look like micros just with a different hair. The second Braider clearly didn’t like that Miriam quoted me 220 she called and in their language had a conversation . Then says Miriam said they will braid to pass half then have curl the ends. I told her you don’t have to curl the ends you can dip in hot water for a straight look . DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE. I came in to get my hair braided for my birthday. First off I waited 3 hours to get my hair done. Even though I called and ask them were they busy. They are horrible I just got my hair done Saturday evening July 31, 2016 and it's Monday morning August 2, 2016 and my hair is sticking out of my braids. The parts are uneven the my hair is sloppy. Even my braiding designs look horrible. I got in touch with Marium and she told me to come to the shop at 12 and get there and waited for her and she wasn't even there.
