Horrible was reduced to tears out of the fact that my hair is short I’ve had short hair braided before and never experienced such pain in my life. There were women that came in with hair just as short and these ladies were not pulling and yanking on their hair. The only reason I ended here was because I couldn’t get in touch with my regular person and ended here. The pain was so bad unfortunately I had to cut some out some. This was for a trip that I fear I won’t enjoy due to the pain and the fact that it’s so many not small braids in my head it like I’m carrying 5lbs of hair out I informed the young lady who they refer to as auntie my hair was short before and she saw for herself when I got there a simple no it’s too short would have done me just fine but this pain in my head is enough to remind me to never come back again. To tight on my scalp to tight on my scalp there were plenty of other styles that could have been suggested . i wish i could give a ZERO star. after making an appointment, i waited TWO hours to get my braids done. i showed them a picture twice, told them exactly what i wanted, asked for the braids to be bigger, and they still did them the way they wanted to. the braids were so tight i couldn’t think straight and i asked SEVERAL times to not make it so tight. they laughed, sucked their teeth, and sighed every time i asked them. the owner kept trying to tell her stylists how to do it but they did their own thing. she tried piling on all of these products and a heated towel which didn’t help a bit. i left with a raw scalp and couldn’t sleep. the decent thing would’ve been to give me a discount, but they charged me $200 for something i didn’t ask for and leaving me in unbearable pain from 3pm-11pm. i have NEVER been in this much pain from getting braids done. i wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was looking for a new braiding shop here in Atlanta because I move here from Chicago. So I came across this Hair Braiding shop ad and called made an appointment for the following Friday. Now Friday comes I call the lady at the time she told me but she had another appointment me that day so she said she will call me when it’s ok for me to come. Now it was hard to understand why I had to wait but she did have an appointment and when I thought she forgot about me she called me in ASAP I ran there and was hoping they was knowing what I had wanted and knew how to do it right! Me thinking because I was late I was gonna be there late but no I was wrong she slayed my hair like my hometown and I was in the chair for only 2 and a half hours and the price was firm and affordable and they was great ladies and my hair is killing it!
