American Deli — Restaurant in Atlanta

As an UberEats driver, I am not going to be bullied by these restaurants. If you see my face pop-up on your machine as a driver, trust me I am out there doing my job. I have good stats. Do not tell me how to do my job and I won't go back there and tell you how to do yours. I am out there to make money so I can buy the food I like not take an order, I am not even sure I am going to like. Not to offend anybody but I don't even like American Deli food. I like my wings crispy and not so oily. You need not to accuse anybody of being a thief if you don't know them. As you said some, I am not part of that some. I come from the generation that does their job to the best of their ability and take pride in it whether or not they get recognition. I have only, one time had a problem with a deliver and that was when a car cut me off and I had to slam on my breaks to avoid hitting the car and the pizza slid out of the seat. Unfortunately, that did do the pizza any good. I called Uber and sent them a picture and apologized. So inconclusion I want to buy food I like, I do my job so just let me do it. Restaurants be nicer to the good Uber drivers because without them you wouldn't be making the extra revenue you are making off of them. You need more professional staff on the register. It's extremely disrespectful to allow a cashier take a personal phone call in the middle of taking a customer's order. It is unprofessional to allow an employee to argue with a customer after said employee messes up their order...Boneless wings are wings, so if change my order from combo to no combo, I still want boneless wings not regular wings. Even though this location is in a sketchy area they really do have great food and great service. I love the way that the fries are always nice and hot and fresh and then you can add your own seasonings on top of it. The cashier is a really friendly and helpful and good at their job. I may not go here a lot but anytime I think about having wings I show up here. One thing that I really didn't like is when I ordered my lemon pepper wings wet.
