Kathryn's Flowers & Gifts — Local services in Atoka

I am highly disappointed in Kathryns Flowers and Gifts. I ordered flowers for my mother in law before 10 am on May 11. I requested a picture of the flowers be sent to me before the bouquet was delivered. This did not happen. I called at a bit after 5pm they did answer the phone even though they were closed, that is why they received one star. The lady said the delivery drive jad the picture and she was delivering the flowers she would send me the pic when she returned. I requested the cost of the order while looking for it she asked if they were to be delivered to the cementary. I replied no to the hospital. As of 8:35pm I have not seen a pic of the flowers. This.is the 2nd time this has occurred. I tried to contact through their website and it does not work. Please Atoka Oklahoma is not that big that the delivery person is still delivering flowers at thos time of night. Next time I will use the other shop in town. I gabe them 3 chances and the blew them all. 3 strikes and you are...

UPDATE: LOOK AT PICTURE AND SEE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS TACTIC IS. GOOGLE IS HERE FOR REVIEWS. I ACTUALLY DID CALL THE SHOP AND I ALSO LEFT MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE REVIEW. For starters when spending over 100 bucks you would expect more then 6 roses a carnation and baby breath. Plus your killing your flowers by spraying that leaf shine on it. Also for persons who have allergies to petroleum based products REQUEST NO SHINE. I expected more but...

They behave childishly, and their seasonal help treats paying customers poorly. It's nice some people have good experiences with them, but they definitely do not rank above a 1 star flower shop, but hey that's just an opinion of one on a review platform built for such an opinion....
