I bought a lot of things when they where next to Sampson. My nephew has bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator from them. The refrigerator they got freezes everything, which means it was defective. The real story is the clothes dryer. It stopped heating so i bought a new heating coil. Once I opened the dryer up, I saw all kinds of rigged up stuff that could have burned the house down! I think it's time to cut the wholesale brother's loose. I don't wanna burn to death in my sleep cause i left the clothes dryer on.

The picture below shows the safe "overheating" sensor was bypassed. This should break some kind of Federal Law. "Never burned a house down"? Until they do. Wouldn’t recommend. We bought a used washer and dryer set from Brothers in October 2020 and had to have the washer worked on in November 2020, which was covered under the warranty, but I had to make arrangements to have it taken back up there. The dryer’s motor went out in March 2021. When that happened, we found out that the high-limit thermostat had been removed completely from the dryer. They claim that their appliances are inspected, so I’m not sure what happened here, but it probably would have caught my house on fire eventually. They fixed my dryer. The only reason for the 4 star was because the man told me 3 to 4 days. I dropped it off monday and called Friday to check on it and the man hadn't even looked at it. The man was backed up.
