This vendor is GREAT! I used him for many years when I lived back East but have since retired and moved to Arizona but still use him because of his customer service. If there's a problem with an order he will call you to let you know what's going on. When he was out of stock on a particular item he called me and even upgraded my order to a more expensive option at no additional cost to me just too make sure I received it ASAP.

There have also been times when he would ship items by a method that was less expensive than the posted standard rates and reduce by invoice.

BAD BUSINESS. Definitely move on to another business. Inventory is inaccurate and absolutely no communication for sold out items. Unprofessional and unreliable. There was no remedy offered for the mistake THEY made. Basically I was told it's not coming and won't be. I only found this out because I messaged first, I never got any email from them.
