We were delivered damaged goods with scratches and indents, louis only wanted to use a marking pen to cover the damage. The mattress was not the mattress we picked out in the show room, there was no model listed on the receipt, we asked to return the bed for a king because we were dissatisfied. Instead they gave us an enormous price difference. We felt that we were over promised and under performed through out the experience. We ended up dealing with a more caring furniture store in Merced. We were flood victims and spent a lot of money with this company. I can not recommend this company and would not do business...
