I’ve never had such bad service here. I took my mom to get panda and she can’t see very well so I asked the server Sam what types of chicken you carried because my mom can’t see and I got told “ can’t you see the menu? That’s the kind of chicken we carry.” She was incredibly rude. Then told me I was talking to long, that I had been there for 3 minutes and if I didn’t order I needed to move. The only reason I was talking 3 minutes is because I had to read the menu to my mom. I normally know what I want to order but she does eat there ever so she didn’t know what she wanted. Then the server Sam refused to take my order because we after 3 minutes we didn’t know what we wanted so another server can named Jerry after I told her we weren’t leaning without our plate. Then she was rude to! I ended up being refused so I flipped them off at the window and pulled up front… I went inside and place my moms order not mine too because I will never eat there again! God forbid my mom was blind and needed customer service to help her order because clearly the employees here do not know how to help anyone. I spoke to the manager and she didn’t care. Read moreThis place definitely needs to be inspected by Health Inspectors. There's undoubtedly a lack of experienced food handlers, and food preparation training. What makes it inevitably hard to disregard, is the complacency and distegard to this discrepancy on the owner and managements part. Today, my food was raw. Managements explaination was a crash course on cooking temperatures, and there rational was and I quote, "other customers didn't complain." Of course they wouldn't, as my order was for a catering order, not from the customer serving line. Thank you Manager Gee for you words of encouragement to never visit, nor recommend this Panda Express location. My only expectations to a bad experience to bad service is less patronizing by management, and an appreciation to customers who completely understand that employees at this establishment are still working people. Read moreI had to wait on rice I was told it would be 10 to 15mins I was fine with waiting where I parked I could see them making the food after about 12min. I seen the rice was done. Waited another 8mins. Because I couldn't get out of the car I tried to call the recording said no one was available. I had to pull my car as close as I could to the drive though window and honk my horn and then yell that I would like my food. The young girl that brought my food out was telling other customers how she felt I was overreacting and how funny she thought it was. When I told her I watched as there served other customers for 8min. She said there were a lot of people in the drive though getting food I asked how many had been waiting for over 20min.
