As a 5-year Crossfit athlete that is a certified coach and has visited countless Crossfit gyms across the country, I will tell you that ALL IN Crossfit is a great community of like-minded individuals looking to improve their level of fitness along with the confidence they have in themselves. On top of the great workouts and coaching that you will get on a daily basis they offer many out of the gym events that help build camaraderie within the gym. Before making my decision on which gym to join, I visited each Crossfit gym in the area. Exceptional place, people, and experience. I started going in April 2013 when I was new to Auburn and I can say 4 years later that was one of the best decisions I've ever made. All In has given me much more than just a fitness experience (although they are great at that too); I've found friends through the coaches and members and made connections that have helped me both personally and professionally. Unknowingly was put on the "auto pay" system when I specifically asked to be charged to go for ONE month. I even double checked to make sure I wasn't on auto pay, because a friend told me that is how it works. A worker went online to my account and said, "thank you for telling me you don't want to be on auto pay, because you were. I will take you off." They DID NOT take me off. When I called and asked for a refund, they said that it was my fault and did not give me my money back!! Poor customer service. Put themselves before the customer first.
