Unprofessionals, not following their words nor providing a good service after the sales..they installed a bad machine to our commercial vehicle, promising it wouldn’t blow..they blame us for having blown it..it’s been four months they were supposed replace it..they are not accepting return even within the following two weeks of purchase..And they do this to a local who returned their expensive tools forgotten in the vehicle during installation.

(Edit post reply: You charged us a full price for a brand new machine. Your father said he would replace it when we came back with the issue, this was about 2 weeks following the installation. Yet you didn’t have a new one in stock. Unlike your father you’re saying it’s warranty thing. Your father did tell me “this machine wouldn’t blow”Hard to follow your store’s policy. On the other hand The consumer rights allow us to return for a full reimbursement or a replacement within the following 4 weeks.

If this was the case, why did you kept us hanging for over two months with a promise of replacement, I called a few times to see, every time you said you’d call me back after you received your new supply.

Secondly, You sold us a used woofer for your display. Now after 4 months you’re firming your position as warranty. It’s unacceptable, we filed a full claim you will hear...

I had a full high-end audio build in my BMW X4M — Morel speakers, Helix DSP, JL sub — but it never delivered the magic I was expecting. It turned out the factory BMW RAM module was bottlenecking the signal before it ever reached my amp. Brian and his team at Auburn Car Tunes installed a Tuning Solutions V621 pre-amp to bypass the RAM completely, feeding a pure, full-range digital signal to the DSP, and then performed a meticulous, competition-level retune. Not every shop can install this unit, and even fewer can tune it to perfection — these guys nailed both.

I called Auburn Car Tunes about a week ago and asked if they could install a 12" subwoofer and amp that I owned into my 2017 Honda Accord. They gave me an estimate right over the phone that included an amp kit (since I didn't have one), a line output converter for the stock head unit, and for labor (included price of disabling ANC microphones that interfere with the signal from the amplifier). I made an appointment for the following week and a young man, Wes, was in charge of my installation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The instillation looks amazing. The sub box actually fit very nicely between the floor of the trunk and the frame of the vehicle so it won't move around while I'm driving, and the wiring looks very professional. The system sounds amazing, far better than it did before the installation. I'm incredibly happy with their work, and even ended up paying a little less than I was originally quoted.
