Good Dutch Bros! Everything was perfect and OF COURSE the service was exceptional. How do they do that? Every single person at every single Dutch Bros seems happy, helpful and very happy to be there! You'd think at least the person working in the parking lot would get grumpy because people probably complain about the strange way they work the lines (if you haven't been, just pay attention to the markings on the blacktop and follow the person in front of you-- there is a person out there taking orders and if you look confused they will rescue you), but they are always smiling and happy. Whatever it is, thank you! Also for new folks, there is a gigantic "secret" menu and a little board will highlight the month's specials for each category, or just tell them what you like and they will suggest things for you. Don't be intimidated by the seemingly long lines or the lack of a menu visible from your car, just go and your life will be better going...

I have am an avid dutch enthusiast. I have never had a bad experience with an employee once. I have even formed friendships with some of the workers. I have been to every location, and I visited this dutch (by the staples in downtown auburn). The girl that kindly took our order with the ipad outside was so kind, we left her a generous tip. we ordered a hand blended rebel, and once we got to the window with the next employee, immediate attitude. once we got our drinks, we noticed that one of our drinks wasn't hand blended per we ordered. we tried to kindly get her attention to change the drink. She purposely ignored us, we KINDLY asked her to simply just change the blend. she responded with attitude and a dirty look.Normally I wouldn’t complain about this online. I was there last Saturday and ordered a large soy drink and a large regular milk drink. I was greeted at the window by a very nice man who handed me my first drink saying it was the soy drink. I took a big sip and was taking my second when he handed me my 2nd drink saying here’s your soy drink. I immediately spit out the mouthful of coffee. I was like wth...which one is the soy?!?! It was the 2nd one he explained. I informed him that I was highly allergic to dairy and ended up in the hospital the last time I had it....the bimbo who made the drink over heard this and said “oh there’s a hospital down the street” How insensitive and ignorant can people be?!?
