(Updated 08/16/20) Best street tacos I ever had in Florida were here (in the food truck-you order inside and bring the receipt stub to the truck and they make you your food). If you want authentic street tacos, good ones that are properly made with good seasoning and great texture then you need to take a trip here. If you are more into Tex-Mex or some “entree inside a taco shell” masquerading as Mexican then there are plenty of places selling that. I highly recommend the tongue it’s absolutely mouth watering and just melts in your mouth. You’d be hard pressed to find better in Mexico. Aside from this, the food here is amazing. Been coming here as it’s so close to home. Every time I step in it gives me another reason not to. I’ve actually seen a roach crawl behind the produce wall 🤢 some produce look like it’s starting to go bad and it’s not pulled off the shelf. The cashiers need customer service training. A simple smile can go a long way. The meat department guys are way friendlier. The meat isn’t the best quality for those quality prices either. Oh and I recently ordered rice from the food trailer. What a mistake. Upon opening the rice it smelled bad. I thought it was probably the seasoning but the taste ewww. Clearly it was old old rice. Visiting from Tucson Arizona I heard good things from the locals so I stopped by for my Mexican food fix while I’m here in Florida. They’ve got some authentic seeming menu options so I tried the birria taco combo but didn’t really like it at all! The Birria tacos was really oily and stuffed full of fat Unfortunately to the point that they couldn’t really be picked up to eat. They weren’t god at all.
