Never has what I ask for. Not even attempting to get what I ask for. Every time I ask,if he will order it,I get a story:'"Oh it is too hot to order it right now." "Oh ,someone came and got all I had." "Oh,I will order it next time." He orders other items that have to be shipped cold,like meats butter,Schmalz and cheese,but NEVER has the cheese I ask for. The previous owner always made sure he had everything in stock. The German Candy and chocolate section is empty. Items are expired or close to being expired. I am very disappointed of how this ones striving,nice place ,with friendly people has gone down. Now u come in,people hanging out in front of the store. Walk in, the music is BLASTING so loud u can't have a conversation. Oh and let me not forget,they NOW charge you 3% of ur total purchase ,if you pay with a card. They will not mention that to you. I always add my purchases in my head and their number was different. So I said,the total is wrong! Only then, the owner said: " Oh we charge 3% if you use a card." NO SIGN OR MENTION OF THAT,ANYWHERE IN THE STORE! It is sad what the only store in the city,we can buy German goods from,has come to. The last experience was so bad that I rather get on the road to Atlanta and go to the World...

What you NEED to know ..is Not only is this THEE MARKET in Augusta GA, With the RAREST and FRESHEST international food ingredients and health food.....

There's a FOOD TRUCK in the back of the parking lot called " Island Time fusion "....

As a Traveling Surgical technologist i try alot of different establishments in various States. ... THIS BY FAR SLAPS ALL FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS IN GEORGIA IN THE FACE !! ( no disrespect!!) And other states too !!! Buy stock in this place for real !!

New management is not very keen on customer service. A woman who answered the phone as I called to check if a certain item was in stock, left me on hold for about 20 minutes, and then hung up the phone. I live 30/minutes away from the store so I called before driving so far. After the woman hung up, I called back and asked her if she knew In a as still on hold and she said yes, and after confirming the item was in stock, the woman .got very disrespectful by interrupting me. When I got to the store, the woman was no where on site. Instead, the new owner was. When I tried to explain my experience, the new owener was very dismissive. My husband and I have been shopping her for over 3 years and never experienced anynlacknof disrespect by the previous owners. Hopefully the new owner realizes that just because this one of the very few Caribbean establishments does not mean he could no...
