If you’re looking for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and unforgettable vibes, run to Island Time Fusion Juice Bar & Grill! I had the pleasure of trying their Alfredo, jerk, and teriyaki tacos each one packed with its own unique flavor punch. The Alfredo taco was creamy and savory, the jerk was perfectly spiced with that authentic island kick, and the teriyaki gave the perfect touch of sweet and smoky.

But wait the salmon burger? Absolutely exquisite. Tender, well-seasoned, and paired with crispy fries that hit the spot. I washed it all down with their refreshing mango juice, and let’s just say… I was in paradise.

Beyond the food, what really impressed me was the top-tier customer service. The owner is warm, welcoming, and truly cares about the experience of every guest. You can feel the passion in every bite and every interaction.

If you're from the Caribbean, if you like Caribbean products get yourself down there. I walked in and had the Grinch grin going, there was bun and cheese, Peardrax, Tamarind, Barons Pepper Sauce, Ting, Vita Malt. The owner (I'm ashamed I never got his name) was really nice, friendly, open to suggestions as to what we would like to see. Caribbean Massive, if you're near here, find yourself there, you won't be disappointed. Looking for some good island food in Augusta, definitely stop by Island Time. The play on Mexican and West Indian flavors is genius, the chicken taco was not overcooked or dry like some places do, the two sauces on it is just enough and not too much that it’s overpowering everything. The taste of a char and crisp crunchy shredded veggies is the perfect combination.
