We came from Milwaukee, WI looking for our daughter's quinceañera dress. On our way to Lucero's Fine Boutique, we made a call hoping to be able to make an appointment with them. Rochelle answered the phone and helped us to schedule an appointment. We got there earlier than expected. Instead of making us wait, they welcomed us and started helping us right away. Rochelle and Sarai were amazing!!! They were very kind and perceptive to my daughter and what she was looking for. They made us feel like they had all the time for us. After trying quite a few dresses and over a couple of hours later, we left with an extremely happy daughter who has an order in for the gorgeous dressed she found and so.e extra needed items. We had the most wonderful experience at Lucero’s Boutique! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They have an amazing selection of dressers, crowns, bouquets, accessories and etc. We purchased pretty much everything we needed here. Funny story my daughter and I were unaware that we needed to get everything at the same time or months in advance. So we order the money box and last doll super late (weeks before the event). The staff was SUPER understanding (keeping in mind that we live 2hr away) and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. They were able to rush the order and she had these items in time for her Quinceañera.Thank you so much!!! Had an amazing experience at Lucero's Boutique. We almost opted out as an option because of location but it's definitely worth the drive! They have beautiful dress selections. Don't be fooled on how small the store looks because they have tons of options. Moreover, you're able to try on 5 dresses per visit which is a plus. The girls there are very nice and patient. Hanniah helped out us out during our visit and we were pleased by her service and how thorough she was in explaining policies, payment options, etc. Highly recommended this place.
